Please, read our general Return Policy Rules.
- Our return policy is 14 working days since the received date of your package. Any item received after that period will not be applicable to this policy.
- You can only return undamaged, unworn and unwashed item(s).
- The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer not Tibako store.
- The original tags (the label tag) has to remain in the original state. Not broken or detached from the item.
- Before sending any item, please contact Tibako store to check if your reasons are justified for the refund to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding.
- In case you want to return an item made out of wool, Tibako will not accept the return if:
- The item was washed in the washing machine
- The item has been damaged from wearing it out
- The reason of complaint is that the item is “peeling” into little balls. Peeling is a natural effect that occurs with items made out of wool, as the surface is made out natural fibers that have a tendency to do so. Tibako is not responsible for this effect.
Please, read carefully following returning steps.
- Please, contact Tibako store about your refund so that the Tibako staff can be aware of your complaint or return.
- Please, fill in the “X” mark for the item you want to return in the “Return Form”.
- Make sure that the Return Form is packed with the item you want to return.
- The return item should be placed in the original packaging.
- Please place the Returning Sticker on the surface of the packaging box.
- The item can be send through your nearest POST.nl office.
- The shipping costs bares the customer.
- After receiving your package, you will be notified that Tibako has received it.
- For payments made with IDEAL it might take minimum of 5 working days to receive back your money. For purchases made via PayPal with your credit or debit card, the refund can take up to 30 days to show up on your account. If you bought the item using your bank account or PayPal balance, the balance will be credited to your PayPal Funds can take 3-5 days to arrive in your account.
Refund time, for both, IDEAL and PayPal are indicated by IDEAL and PayPal themselves and therefore Tibako is not responsible if there are any delays.
